Due to the complexity of how to determine turnaround time for PCBA services, our policy is that after all parts are ready, all PCB files (Gerber files/other PCB files, etc.), Centroid (Pick & Place PNP files or XY data or files in other formats), BOMs, and all other necessary data or files/images/photographs are completed. | Turnkey Services | We have an extensive and robust parts sourcing network for turnkey PCBA services. We do not mark up the cost of parts. Considering the wide price difference between different suppliers, we only source from reliable suppliers who may not have a price advantage. We will always seek your approval before making any decision. | ||
| Partial turnkey/Hybrid | It is our normal practice for you to supply the main equipment and components and for us to source the rest for you. As with turnkey services, we seek your agreement on every detail of the price, quality and availability of the components. | ||

| 12. | Repair and Rework | Repair and rework can be difficult, but we can do it. Our BGA Reballing Service safely removes misaligned BGAs, reballs them and puts them back on the printed circuit board correctly. This service is cost effective. | |
Testing process
Prior to final shipment, various tests will be performed on the assembled boards:1. Visual Inspection: General quality check.2. X-ray Inspection: Checks BGA, QFN and bare boards.3. AOI Test: Checks solder paste, 0201 components, missing components and polarity.4. ICT (in-circuit testing).5. Functional test (according to your test process). ISO Certification
